Active subscriber: An active subscriber is one who has not unsubscribed and has either opened or clicked an email, or signed up within the last 2 years. Dormant subscribers should receive a re-engagement email before removal.
In-house handling: As email is handled in-house (no third-party platform), Marximum Volume Limited is solely responsible for ensuring data is stored securely and deleted on schedule.
Suppression lists: Under PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations), a permanent record must be kept of anyone who opts out, so they cannot accidentally be re- added to the mailing list. Do not delete these records.
Annual review: This schedule should be reviewed annually or whenever data collection practices change.
